Seven Nigerian global health medical associations, in collaboration with the CONSTANMEDICS Foundation, are set to train 5,000 healthcare workers across Nigeria in 2026. The training will be conducted in various regions, with ANPA (USA) training 1,000 healthcare workers in the South-East on emergency life support, while ANDA (Australia) will train 200 specialists in early diagnosis of endometriosis in the South-South. The Concerned Medics Foundation will train 2,000 healthcare workers in the North-East on managing sickle cell disease.

The initiative aims to improve service delivery, strengthen workforce retention, and enhance patient outcomes. The program has received backing from the Federal Ministry of Health, the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, and the Nigerian Medical Association.
