BUSINESS: Flight Tax Alert: Nigeria Slaps $11.5 Security Levy on Passengers Starting December 1, 2025

✈️Nigerian travelers and inbound passengers are bracing for a price hike as the country introduces a new $11.5 security levy on flight tickets, effective December 1, 2025. This new tax, part of the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS), will bump the total security levy to $31.50 per ticket.
